Music therapy sessions to promote mental health wellbeing, motivation and emotional expression
The Music Therapy Hub, led by music therapist Stephen Poon operates every Thursday afternoon. The sessions are designed to promote mental health, motivation and emotional expression for adults facing mental health challenges.
The afternoon starts with an open group session, from 1-2pm, where everyone is encouraged to join in various group activities including group music-making, singing and any other musical activities that participants may suggest. No musical skills are needed!
For those seeking a quieter and more personal space there is the option to book either an individual or a closed group session, allowing participants to bring one or two friends along. These pre-booked sessions will take place from 2-5pm.
